THE

VISIBILITY

PROGRAMME

Video Poster Image

You are capable. You have earned your place. So why does it feel like nobody is seeing it?

You are not imagining it.

  • You know you are capable, but something keeps holding you back from being seen that way
  • You have been passed over for promotions you know you earned
  • You watch your ideas credited to someone else and say nothing
  • You shrink in meetings despite having something valuable to contribute
  • You feel the gap between who you are in private and who you can be professionally
  • You are a woman or an underrepresented leader who knows you belong in the room but cannot yet claim your space in it
  • You are a male leader who wants to genuinely understand why invisibility happens and lead differently

The promotions are going to less qualified colleagues. The ideas are credited to someone else. The meetings where you have something valuable to say and cannot find the moment to say it. The quiet, persistent feeling that no matter how hard you work, you remain invisible to the people who matter most.

This is not a confidence problem. It is not a skills problem. It is what happens when capable leaders are placed in environments that were never designed to see them clearly.

The Visibility Programme exists to change that

But the programme is not for everyone. It requires honesty, openness, and a genuine willingness to look at yourself clearly before looking outward. If you are ready for that, this is for you.

INTRODUCING

THE VISIBILITY PROGRAMME

This is not a course. It is not a workshop.

It is not a collection of frameworks and templates that get forgotten by Monday.

It is a sustained, honest, one-to-one development relationship built around one central question: what is actually standing between you and the career you have already earned the right to have?

Sometimes the answer is internal. Sometimes it is the environment around you. Usually it is both.

Either way, we find the truth first. Then we build from there

PHASE #1 - THE MIRROR

Before anything else, you will understand exactly where the problem lies, whether in yourself, in your environment, or both. Most people skip this step. That is why most coaching does not work. For the first time, you will see your situation clearly rather than just feeling it. Self-examination comes before strategy. The mirror comes before the battle plan.

PHASE #2 - THE VOICE

With clarity established, we build. You will find your voice in the rooms that matter, the meetings where you have been silent, the conversations you have been avoiding, the moments where you have had something to say and stopped yourself. Self-doubt will stop running the show. You will learn to speak up, challenge the status quo, and hold your ground with confidence and composure.

PHASE #3 - THE ROOM

The final phase is about sustained visibility. You will develop the presence and influence to command any room regardless of who is in it, whether that is the C-suite or your own team. You will understand how to navigate the environment around you, manage upward effectively, and ensure your contribution is seen, credited, and rewarded.

WHAT YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH

Unshakeable confidence. You will stop second-guessing yourself and start showing up as the leader you already are.

A voice that gets heard. You will speak up in meetings, challenge the status quo, and say the things you have been keeping to yourself.

Presence and influence at every level. You will command the room regardless of who is in it, whether that is the C-suite or your own team.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The six-month programme includes 12 sessions of 90 minutes each, direct WhatsApp and phone access between sessions, and emergency support when real situations arise.

The twelve-month programme includes 26 sessions of 90 minutes each, the same direct access, and significantly more depth for those navigating complex environments or a longer history of being overlooked.

Both programmes include something no course or workshop can offer: the lived experience of a former VP who has been exactly where you are.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

I am not a coach who studied inclusion from a textbook.

I was selected for an elite Hewlett-Packard leadership programme, chosen from hundreds of people, recognised for my ability, and given a seat at the table. On the first evening, I found myself sitting next to Lou Platt, the chairman and CEO of the entire company. And I could not say a word.

Not because I lacked knowledge. Not because I did not belong there. But because nothing in that room looked like me, and every voice in my head was telling me I was a fraud.

I watched someone else say what I was about to say. Saw them receive the credit for it. Walked away knowing the idea was mine.

That was not an isolated moment. I built a high-performing global advertising operations team at Microsoft, only to have a manager spend months extracting my knowledge and expertise, take credit for my work, build his division around my team, and then engineer my exit from a company I loved. I experienced redundancy after building a strong team and delivering real results, and spent six months quietly asking myself whether I was good enough, knowing the answer was yes and feeling the opposite.

I did not just study Impostor Syndrome. I lived it, repeatedly, across some of the biggest organisations in the world.

Every time I help someone find their voice in a room that was not built for them, I am doing what nobody did for me when I needed it most.

Understanding the return on your investment

Your organisation should be investing in your development. The fact that you are reading this suggests they have not. That means the decision is yours, and it is worth understanding exactly what that decision is worth.

Being passed over for a single promotion typically costs between £15,000 and £25,000 in annual salary. Compounded over two to five years, with the additional opportunities, responsibilities, and career trajectory that come with seniority, the real cost of staying invisible is far higher than the investment in changing it.

Timeframe

What typically changes

Potential value

Year 1

Confidence established, voice found, first promotion secured or role renegotiated. Typical salary increase of £15,000 to £25,000.

£15k to £25k

Year 2

Increased visibility leads to senior project leadership, expanded responsibilities, and stronger performance recognition.

£25k to £40k

Year 3

Second promotion or significant salary renegotiation based on demonstrated leadership at a senior level.

£40k to £60k

Years 4 to 5

Cumulative career earnings are significantly ahead of pre-coaching trajectory. Leadership reputation established at the level you have always been capable of.

£100k+

Figures above are illustrative, based on typical outcomes for leaders earning between £50,000 and £80,000 who secure one or more promotions as a direct result of their development. Individual results vary.

What does not vary is the cost of doing nothing.

The question is not whether you can afford to invest in this programme. The question is whether you can afford another year of being passed over.

This programme is not for everyone.

I only work with people I am genuinely confident I can help. If any of the following apply, this is not the right fit.

  • You are not willing to be honest about your own vulnerabilities
  • You want specific answers without doing the personal work             underneath
  • You expect your organisation to take full responsibility for your        development
  • You are not open to hearing uncomfortable truths about                     yourself
  • You are looking for someone to validate your frustration rather        than help you change your situation
  • You are expecting to see immediate results

If none of those applies, we should talk.
